Your workspace
Sign in with your email address. Your username identifies your profile; you can update it in Account settings. Use the language menu to choose English, Spanish (Mexico) or Russian.
Finding a record
Open History to search your records by text or a complete reference. Choose a date range, product, status and sort order where available. Use the page controls to reach older records. Quick actions also searches your support cases, credit movements and published articles.
Getting support
Open Support and describe the product, platform, version and issue. Do not include passwords, recovery phrases or private keys. A reply can include a PNG, JPEG, WebP or text file of up to 5 MB. Review the preview before sending. Reply drafts stay in memory while this tab remains open; reloading or closing it can discard them.
Credits and notices
Balance & Credits shows promotional credits, reservations and redemptions. These credits are for Orbit products and are not a cash wallet. Product restrictions and expiry dates affect eligibility. In Notifications, select notices to mark them as read or archive them. Archived notices can be restored.
Account security
Security settings lets you review sessions and set up two-step verification with an authenticator app. Keep recovery information private. Account settings includes an export of your account records and a privacy request form.
